Privacy policy
Last updated: 13 October 2026
Pace to Value respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal information we collect, why we collect it, how we look after it and how you can contact us about it. We aim to handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).
What we collect
We only collect the information we need. Depending on how you interact with us, this may include:
- your name, email address, phone number, business name and role;
- details you choose to share when you book a conversation, email us or work with us, such as information about your business and the challenges you are facing;
- records of our communications and any work we do together;
- general information about how people use this website, collected in aggregate and without cookies.
Please do not send us sensitive information (such as health information) unless it is genuinely needed.
How we collect it
We collect personal information directly from you, for example when you book a time through our online scheduler, send us an email or engage our services. We may also receive business contact details from people who introduce you to us, or from public professional sources such as LinkedIn.
Why we use it
- to respond to your enquiry and arrange conversations;
- to provide, manage and invoice our services;
- to keep in touch about work we are doing together or have discussed;
- to improve this website and our services;
- to meet our legal, tax and accounting obligations.
We do not sell personal information. If we ever send occasional updates, we will only do so where you would reasonably expect it, and every message will include a simple way to opt out.
Who we share it with
We use a small number of trusted service providers to run the business, for example for customer relationship management and online booking, email, website hosting and website analytics, and accounting. They only receive the information they need to provide their service to us.
Some of these providers store information on servers outside Australia, including in the United States and Europe. We choose established providers with appropriate security and privacy commitments.
We will not otherwise disclose your personal information unless you agree, or we are required or authorised to do so by law.
Cookies and analytics
This website uses Cloudflare Web Analytics, which measures overall visits without using cookies or fingerprinting individual visitors. If you use our online booking tool, that provider may use its own cookies to make the booking work; its privacy policy will apply to that service.
How we protect it
We take reasonable steps to protect personal information from misuse, interference, loss and unauthorised access, modification or disclosure. This includes using secure, reputable systems with access controls. We keep information only for as long as it is needed for the purposes above or as required by law, and then delete or de-identify it.
Accessing or correcting your information
You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it. Please contact us using the details below. We will respond within a reasonable time, usually within 30 days.
Questions and complaints
If you have a question or concern about how we handle your personal information, please email privacy@pacetovalue.com.au. We will look into it and respond as soon as we can.
If you are not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page.
